Dr. Berenisse Mares Espinoza

    Dr. Berenisse E. Mares-Espinoza was born and raised in Laredo, Texas.  She attended Texas A&M International University and she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2002.

    Berenisse Mares-Espinoza, DDS, was accepted and received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas Dental Branch in Houston, Texas and completed her residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 2007.

She became associated with Gentle Family Dentistry of Laredo, joining Dr. Jovanelly Zaragoza-Mata and Dr. Rolando A. Guerra, Jr.  She is certified in MIDI type implants for complete dentures.  She also has privileges to use Nitrous Oxide as an adjunct to local anesthesia.

    Her professional affiliations are with the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Laredo District Dental Society and is an active member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

    Dr. Berenisse enjoys hiking with her husband, Sergio, playing with her three Labrador retrievers, reading, cooking, and taking baking courses at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute in Austin, Texas.
